We utilize Slate Share for real time training sessions to help train your staff remotely, lowing the cost for this service. We also offer extensive documentation across all of Slate’s modules as well as how your specific business processes play into each module. Our goal is to have your team be as self-sufficient with Slate as they possibly can. In some instances, we can do on-site training for an additional fee; however, we’ve found our model of remote training accomplishes the same knowledge transfer but with a fraction of the price.
We record every training session we do so that even staff members that couldn’t join can catch up quickly after. At the end of the training, we will even integration the training video within your Slate Scholar so that it can be viewed as many times as needed.
